How to Get There

The hotel has a transfer desk that can provide transfer facilities to the airport at a cost.

You may pre-arrange an Epic Sri Lanka Holidays chauffeur facility for your arrival and departure transfers to and from the airport or to and from any point in the country. From the Bandaranaike International airport, it will take you approximately 2 hours and 26 minutes by road to travel 147km distance to the hotel. If you do utilize the Epic Sri Lanka Holidays Chauffeur facility you may also request to retain the chauffeur throughout your stay in Sri Lanka at an attractive cost.

Alternatively, for a quicker transfer, you may request Epic Sri Lanka Holidays to arrange combined air and road transfers. Approx. 2 hour and 45 minute scheduled domestic flights are available from the Bandaranaike International airport and from Colombo waters edge to Amari Galle. Thereafter it is a 50 minute transfer by road from Koggala to Amari Galle.

If travelling from Colombo, 9 coastal trains are available from 6 am till 7 pm on weekdays and 7 trains available on weekends and public holidays. These trains depart from Colombo Fort travelling down to Matara making stops along the main coastal towns, including Galle.

If you wish to view the beautiful landscapes of Sri Lanka from the skies, an exclusive private helicopter transfer (up to 4 passengers at a time) from any point in the country directly to your hotel or nearest helipad can be arranged.
