Overview

Located in the business hub of Colombo in Fort, the World Trade Centre has over 750,000 square feet of finest retail and office spaces with two 39 floors in two towers. These towers are connected together by a 4 storey retail block. This state of the art building is undoubtedly one of the prime business locations in our country.
It was in the year 1993 when the World Trade Centre’s Association (a non-political and not-for-profit association) contracted with Overseas Realty Ceylon (PLC) to build a WTC in Colombo, thereby the concept of World Trade Centre began. The building was opened by the former president, Mrs. Chandrika Bandaranaike in the year 1997.
Built with stunning infrastructure and modern interiors, it has attracted many local, international and multinational companies thereby holding over 120 international brands marking it one of the most revered buildings of economic importance.
A wide of range of exclusive facilities ranging from reliable power systems, spacious office spaces, total IT connectivity solutions, security, dining and shopping are provided to the tenants of this building. It hosts a computerized car park management system with a capacity of parking approximately 550 vehicles.
